About the event
This is an opportunity to come together from across the state and energize one another, while learning and sharing.
On Tuesday, March 19, we will focus on “Sharing Our Stories”, learning more about what we say, how we say it, and to whom. We want you to be as successful as possible in your creative endeavors, and often we don’t communicate our work with pride well to others. (Especially here in the Northland!)
Our 1st plenary speaker, Thelar Pekar, is a pioneer in the field of narrative, story, and persuasive communication. She and her team at Thaler Pekar & Partners work around the world and across sectors, guiding leaders and institutions on being heard, understood, and influential.
On Wednesday, March 20, our 2nd plenary speaker, Kelly Barsdate, Chief Program and Planning Officer at the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, NDCA's most excellent service organization, will inspire you in understanding and being more impactful in all your advocacy efforts.
